The cousin of the bluegill, the Shad has a slightly narrower profile but still puts of that strong kicking action to draw the fish in from long distances. The Shad comes in two colors, blue shad and green shad. The colors are hard to convey in a picture, because when you put them in the water, they light up in the sun like a real fish. This is going to be a hot bait all over the country where bass feed on Threadfin and Gizzard shad!
