This bait is so sick! Like other people have said you can do so many things with this bait. I throw this bait on a Okuma 7.6 heavy with a Curado 300 and 25 pound big game.

Quality quality quality. Very well made. The action is great too. You can walk the dog, Wake it, or swim it a few feet underwater on a fast retrieve. Very versatile. d.c.

I love throwing wake baits and I own several, but if I had to keep only one of them this would be the one. The profile is outstanding, the swimming action is excellent and I think think the clacking noise it makes calls in fish. It has proven to be very resilient and has held up very well over the three years I have owned it. Great bait...well worth the price if you're serious about throwing wake baits.

I reviewed this swimbait earlier but would like to add more. Many people won't by a $90 lure. I know this because I was one of those people. I purchased this as my first high end swimbait after reading 3:16 customer service. I learned that they would repair any of your baits if you send them $15. That made me feel a bit better. This is, probably, the easiest swimbait to use. It works every way you retrieve it. You can walk it, dead stick it, stop and go, or even straight retrieve. At 7.5" it is a great size for those snacking bass. When you pay this much for a bait, you will get a very technologically advanced lure. When you jerk it, it will turn 180 degrees and look right in the fishes face. If you point your rod tip down, the back fin will pop up and the bait will dive down around two feet. When walked, it looks like a combination of the lunker punker and the swimming action you would get on a straight retrieve. I use 25lb izorline XXX, and a curado 300E. I like using any g loomis swimbait rod. If you want to buy a nice swimbait, a wake jr. would be a great choice, you simply cant go wrong.

This is by far the best wake bait on the market right now. The $89 price tag might be tough to swallow but its worth every penny. 316 customer service could not be any better. I bounced a Wake Jr off a log and broke the tail. A $5.00 check for return shipping and a few days latter I had my bait back with a new tail. At 7.5 inches its the perfect size. Its small enough that it gets lots of bites from fish of all sizes. With a slow steady retrieve this bait makes a unique clacking sound and swims surprisingly well for a single jointed bait. Work this bait hard and it will "walk the dog" and really make some noise. This bait is super easy to fish. deadstick it, twitch it, walk it, I don't think it could be fished wrong. Just add water. The wake jr. comes stock with super sharp and strong owner hooks and split rings. Ready to rock right out of the box. Probably the most fun swimbait to fish because of the kind of action it can produce and the kind of bites it gets. When fishing a wake jr. you never know when a magnum spot or smallie will try and take your rod from you. Be sure to keep an eye on the sky cause birds like this bait too. Reviewed by sethb
