Bass Patrol Football head Jigs

A awesome jig for a awesome price. Very nicely hand tied living rubber skirt provides for a nice skirt flair. The hook comes nice and sharp ready to pierce the mouth of a bass. They only thing I do when I buy these is layer the weed guard (remove it for open water, and layer the skirt. The lead is coated very nicely and holds up. And I did I mention they are a great deal? The bass patrol jig is a great jig. Not only because its price, but because it comes in every color and you need. The bass patrol jig comes with a rubber skirt that has a very good look in the water. When I got the jigs, I noticed it is smaller (shorter) than most of the other jigs I've fished with. The hook is much stronger than I expected for such a inexpensive jig, but I was very surprised because it has a strong and sharp hook. Its a great jig for clear water because there are no rattles and is a very good crawdad imitation. The black/brown color in 1/2oz is my favorite combination and has caught me a ton of fish. SBN:TNT

Bass Patrol football heads are the best football head jigs that I have seen. Top notch materials, full bodied yet compact and inexpensive to boot. After trying many different football jigs, I have converted completely to bass patrol. They have excellent colors, skirts, paint, and hooks. They fish just like many other football heads, but for only two dollars, I don't feel quite as bad if I lose one or two. The jig is a very low profile jig and has a light wire hook that penetrates easily.
