California Swimbabes Baby E Swimbaits
The
Baby "E" is one of the hottest swimbaits in
the country and is endorsed by Bass Touring Pro, Ish Monroe. Throw this puppy on a
medium heavy crankin rod with 14 to 17 lb. mono. It can be used with a fast
retrieve, fished on top like a buzzbait or it can be twitched, giving it that
side to side action that the big girls can not resist! The Baby E also really
excels being fished at a snails pace. Let the fish tell you how to throw it.
This bait is 5 1/2 inches long and weighs in at 1.3 ounces.

This swimbait will probably produce anytime of the year but I've had my best success with it during the fall. When the rest of the topwater bite is warming up this is a fun lure to fish. Won't roll at high speeds but you can still run it slow on the surface with your rod tip up. Durable also. Won't fall apart after two fish. With the treble buried in the body it can be fairly weedless and I like to bump it off stick ups and tules. SBN: frenchman

The first time I threw this bait I was very impressed. The body of the bait rolls side to side while the tail kicks like crazy, even when retrieved at a slow speed. The pearl and clear lake hitches are my favorite colors and look very cool in the water. SBN: TNT

The profile and action of these baits have proven to be extremelty effective for me. I fish these baits in both ROFs and several different color/combos and they have all worked for me in a variety of situations. I like that the bait slides up your line when fighting fish. I highly recommened these baits as an effective medium size swimbait.
