Maybe it's just a confidence thing, but I love this stuff. I paint all of my unpainted jig heads, mostly football heads and dart heads, with ProTec Powder Paint in either Black or Brown. There are several other colors to help match the hatch. It is a great product, durable, easy to use and not too messy. Just heat up the jig head, dip into the powder to get even coverage over the lead and then hang by the hook to dry. One tip, using a toothpick to clean the hook eye when it is still wet will save you some hassle. Swimbait Nation: bfishin.
