The Wacky Jig
Head technique, which Jackall calls Flick Shakin, will be the next finesse
technique in the United States. Flick Shakin is already a proven technique
in Japan. Flick Shaking is already being more widely used than Drop Shotting in
Japan. Jackall is the innovator of the Wacky Jig Head technique in Japan and has
been instrumental in the design and development of the FlickShake. Jackall has
developed a specific Jig Head and Flick Shake worm, which works together as a
system. The Flick Shake worm has a built in curved design, which creates a
squirming action that the fish cannot resist. The Flick Shake worm is also salt
injected and has a live bait scent. The jig heads eye is designed at a
ninety-degree angle for better hook setting and less snags. The hook has a short
shank to allow the FlickShake worm more action. The tungsten weight allows the worm to sink
faster and has a smaller head to create the right action

One of the hottest finesse worms around

The Flick Shake worm looks like another finesse worm unless you know how to fish it and see it in the water. In the water rigged on a wacky jighead the end quiver almost constantly. Everything about the worm is quality-scent, colors, and consistency. The first time I tried the wacky jighead I caught a few small smallies fishing it like a shakey head. When I started shaking the worm more and using more like a drop shot my sucess went up. I like using all 3 sizes but I usually prefer the bigger ones for casting distance. One thing I do that makes my worms last longer is put a 1in piece of plastic tubing over the worm and hook thru the tubing. This makes the worm last much longer. One other reason I love these worms wacky jigged is they catch a higher % of small fish than any standard sized plastic I have used. They are great for fishing creeks on light tackle. If you finesse fish I suggest you try a wacky jighead and this is the worm for it.
