Cool action and colors
Trevor Tippetts (Salt Lake City, UT) 1/13/2009 4:37 PM
The Lucky Craft Pointer 78 is a great bait because of the action, size, and color. The action is awesome in the water and when the colors look as lifelike as they do, big bass can't resist the combo. I like to crank the bait down to depth I want to fish and then give it 3 quick jerks. Most of my fish on the Pointer have came after the first couple twitches. If that doesn't work, I like to give it 1 or 2 twitches and let it sit for 8-10 seconds. Usually, as soon as I move the bait after letting it rest, a fish will inhale it. Its the perfect size when fishing for numbers because it appeals to every size bass. SBN:TNT
