The biggest feature of the Lucky Craft Moonsault CB 001 is its supreme ability to avoid obstacles along with its ability to cover a wide range. The high-pitched rattle sound of the Lucky Craft Moonsault CB 001 draws bass out from deep-weeded areas and the light action skillfully avoids structural obstacles. The rattle distributed by the G-plate has been developed from detailed research and testing to produce a great deflection and balance required for inviting reaction bites. This is a revolutionary crankbait that the Japanese anglers produced derived from excellent Japanese fishing techniques.

the best finesse super shallow runner
Michael Carter (Winchester, KY) 12/31/2008 10:49 PM
If you have thrown super shallow crankbaits and haven't used one of these your missing out. On more than one occasion I wished I had a Lucky Craft Moonsault CB-001. The best thing about these baits is they run straight right out of the package. If you have used a lot of the smaller crankbaits that run 1ft or less you will know what I mean. I have had some super shallow runners that I could not tune. And when burned few run straight. Combine the small size, great colors, and great quality and these are deadly baits. While they are a little higher than most super shallow runners the Lucky Craft Moonsault CB-001 is the one I use when I really need to burn a super shallow runner. I throw mine on a 7'3 medium action rod with a light tip. I use 15lb mono and the good thing about these baits is the heavier line doesn't really hurt the action. I especially like these baits over grass but anytime you cant get fish to commit to topwater baits but are getting strikes they are worth a shot. And shallow backwaters seem to be perfect for this type of bait. sb-mrbassky1
