The development concept of the Lucky Craft Splash Tail 90 was to provide a lure that can be used with a shorter consistent pitch than a stop & go lure. To realize this it was equipped with industry’s first front and back propellers containing ball bearings. This allows them to rotate from zero tension even with very long casts. The Splash Tail is made from the highest quality materials creating an efficient and effective topwater buzzing bait.
The Lucky Craft Splash Tail 90 attracts fish using the sound of its propulsion through the water with alternately short and long jerking actions that also create a large arching wake. A conventional swisher-type lure can swim only three stop-and-go actions, but Splash-Tail can complete five stop-and-go actions, making it much more enticing to the hungry fish. Our unique ball-bearing double swisher propeller-an industry first-effectively reduces friction while making for a smoother, more rapid propeller rotation. And thanks to the ball-bearing mechanism you can make the Splash Tail swim over shorter pitch than any other swisher available today.
