BassTackleDepot Return Policy

Our Return Policy:
Although we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site and in our catalog, we recognize that materials will not always be what you expect. You may return any item within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the item. All returned items must be in original package and in new condition. (shipping not refundable) 

The steps are:

1. Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN" and your invoice Number.

(Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable. If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.)

2. Return the package to:

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your returns.

If you want to order additional materials, we advise that you order separately so that the return processing does not delay your order.
