The Shimano Cumulus rod series
has set the bar when it comes to performance and weight. These rods are designed
with an all new material - HM-1 "High Modulus" Graphite construction. They also
feature Shimano's Custom reel seat that eliminate reel seat threads. Shimano
Cumulus uses Fuji guides utilizing Fuji's Titanium SIC's, they are the
lightest/strongest guide that Fuji offers. Split Grip designs and top of the
line EVA also help contribute to the light weight that this series offers. 3
casting and 3 spinning rods to start this series that focus on finesse type
applications from Texas Rigs to drop shotting. Match these rods up with a Core
50 or one of the new Stradic CI4's and you will have an outfit that is less than
10 ounces with line.
