Standard shipping is UPS GROUND. You can expect to receive your shipment within
1-5 days in most parts of the
country. Shipping rates apply to the United States. Weekends and holidays will delay delivery.

air packages ( 1 day, 2 day,) must be received by 2 PM Pacific Standard Time,
Monday -Friday, in order to ship same day. A physical street address is
needed as we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you request a Saturday delivery,
providing the service is available in your area, you need to call in your order
at (800) 591-7171.

Return Policy
Our Return Policy:
Although we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site and
in our catalog, we recognize that materials will not always be what you expect.
You may return any item within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the
item. All returned items must be in original package and in new condition.

The steps are:
1. Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in
transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN" and your
invoice Number.
(Please note that we cannot provide refunds on
items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable. If you
ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship
through the Post Office, please insure the package.)
