Skinny Bear Swimbaits

Skinny Bear was founded in 1985 by owner and master lure craftsman Loren Serda. Located in Bakersfield, California, Skinny Bear has been at the forefront of some of most innovative fishing lures to ever hit the market. Skinny Bear started off by making finesse jigs and eventually evolved into making some great swimbaits and drop shot lures.

The Skinny Bear SB5 shad eye swimbait is 5.5" in length and is made of super soft plastic. This bait has a life like swimming action and features a strong head wobble accompanied with a tight kick tail action. Each SB5 swimbait comes with a 1/4oz tubular weight that you insert your line through the bait and tie to #1 treble hook (recommended size). What is really cool about this set up is that when you hook a fish, the bait slides up the line and prevents the fish from spitting the lure. The SB5 came about through hundreds of hours of testing and development and that hard work is displayed in this fine quality swimbait. The SB5 weighs 3/4oz, is salt impregnated and come in the following colors: albino ayu, aurora smoke, ayu shad, bass, bluegill, hitch lite, pearl white, shad smoke, smoke fuchsia, sunfish, tilapia, rainbow trout, bluegill dark, and tilapia lite.
