The Spiderwire Stealth Braid has mono manageability and body, but has the ultra thin diameter, superior strength, and ultimate sensitivity that you are looking for in a premium braided line. Due to it's Teflon treated micro-fibers, Spiderwire Stealth is super quiet, it flies through the guides giving you an even longer cast, and it won't cut into your rod guides. Stealth holds it's color better than the competition, and it's round shape reduces backlashes and resists digging-in on reels. With Spiderwire, Nothing Gets Away!

One of most popular braids for good reason
Michael Carter (Winchester, KY) 12/30/2008 2:02 PM
There is no doubt in my mind if the first braids were of stealths quality more people would use them today. For fishability Stealth is best I have tried. While it isnt perfect it is still the best braid you can buy for the money. The first think you have to realize is you need a filler line on your reel first. Otherwise there is a chance the line will slip on the reel. Trust me I learned the hard way. Also the line loses its color some while fishing. I have never seen the fish care but eventually you might want to cut a section off at the lure if it bothers you. That being said I still use this line anytime I need braid (Flipping, Skipping, ect). But the way I started using braid more this year was as a main line on my spinnning reels. Because stealth casts so well on spinning rods I can use 10-20lb stealth and if I am finesse fishing use a 10ft leader. This saved me alot of money because braid lasts alot longer on a spinning reel. So if you are thinking of trying braid then Stealth would be my suggestion. sb-mrbassky1

65 lb
Brent Pettit (Osgood, IN) 12/12/2008 11:30 PM
I use the 65 lb. for all my frog fishing. This line casts extremely well and handles well also. It has a light clear coating on it and this seems to help with discoloration issues that you may get with other lines. I have never had any strength issues with this line. Any fish i hook comes straight to me. I have just purchased 80 lb. to use for swimbaits, particularly my punkers. This is extremely good, high quality braid.
