This is by far the smallest hard jointed swimbaits ive seen, the swimming is so good on so small of a bait. You can twitch it, slow roll, and the burn on this bait is incredible no rolling! A good idea is to bent the metal rod slightly that holds the bait together so it doesnt come apart during use.

This bait flat out catches fish. If you need a quick limit this should be a bait you have tied on. The fact you can easily adjust the weight makes this bait great for most tactics. I also love the fact this bait runs 2 trebles instead of 1. I promise you tie one on and you wont be disappointed.
*Try adding larger hooks for getting down a little deeper

Smallest quality hard swimbait on the market

The trutungsten 4in is the smallest hardswimbait I have seen. Its about the size of a small medium diving crankbait. Not many swimbaits are the right size for 12in bass. I haven't thrown it much but here's what I noticed. It has a great tight action. It doesn't swim it vibrates. The bait doesn't look as good in pictures as it does in person. The paint job while not the best you will see is very solid. The hooks are small but decent just remember you need to throw it on cranking stick not a pool cue. The balls are the best part you don't get 3 sink rates like the bigger trutungsten baits but you get 2 sink rates. The pin is hard to get out so bring some pliers or you wont be able to change sink rates. The biggest knock is the action isn't great at real slow speeds but I fish smaller baits faster and erratic so its not an issue for me. Most smaller swimbaits don't swim as well at slow speeds. Even the fast sinker isn't going to fish real deep but with two bottom trebles do you want it that deep. The 4in is really a different bait and people are still figuring ways to use it. I think it will be a bigger player in tournaments than the smaller baits. If you fish it like a traditional swimbait you will be disappointed but if you understand its more like a spinnerbait or crankbait then it will find a place in you arsenal. It has mine. If your addicted to swimbaits or just getting into it pick one up. My guess is you wont regret it.

I Got this in the mail a couple of weeks ago and am finally getting the hang of fishing it. Redfish and trout love this thing! It is not only for fresh water! I love the way it looks in the water!

I got this and expected it to be the same size as the BBZ 4" shad. This bait is shorter and smaller, but has a different swimming action. I like the fact that the sink rate can be changed and this bait is very versatile. It looks very good in the water and performs better than I thought it would. I got the perch pattern and my paint started to chip on the hinges, but nothing that affects the action and isn't very serious. SBN: TNT
