The Trick worm is a very versatile bait. Fish it t-rigged, wacky, weightless, or even on a shakey head and it will get bit. If you want to go deep, try it t-rigged or on a shakey head and it will be sure to surrender a few bites from finicky bass. Fish it wacky or weightless to go shallow and get those bass on the flats. I only have one minor problem with this bait, it seems to be a little easy to tear apart. But with 20 in a bag you don't have to worry about running out soon, and if you do they are very cheap. So, grab some TrIck Worms and catch some bass!! (THEbassmaster)

Unless have been living under a rock you should already own some trick worms. But if you dont for some reason let me enlighten you. The trick worm texas rigged weightless can be fished thru the heaviest cover imaginable. It can be fished wacky style. It can be fished on a shakey head. It can be fished weighted on a texas rig. The trick work is a favorite bait for many people rigged every way I mentioned. If you could pick one worm it would be hard to go wrong with a trick worm. For me I have other worms I use but the 1 way I always go to a trick worm is fished weightless as a floating worm. While it doesnt really float it falls slower than a senko and when twitched does an underwater side to side walking the dog action I have yet seen matched. Anytime there is a tournament with shallow flooded bushes in clear water you can be alot of guys will have floating worms tied on. But the trick worm will work anywhere you have bass shallow in clear water. I have caught fish from grass, docks, laydowns and open water with a trick worm. I throw my trick worms on a 6'6m spinning rod with braid when fishing around cover and mono when fishing open water. You can skip the trick worm easy which is why is one of the top lures for fishing flooded bushes. If you havent fished a floating worm try a trick worm in a bright color. And if you want a good finesse worm or wacky worm try a trick worm in the more natural colors. I didnt even mention they are very
affordable.
